This is our ladies only group focused mainly on weight training to build muscle, strength & weight loss. You can choose from any of our Group PT times to suit your schedule & you will also get free access to all our fitness classes I.e. bootcamp, spin/ circuit.
We will also provide diet plans & weekly check in with our coaches to help meet your goals and help out with any nutrition advice you need.
